Very Good

 

  • Well-preserved used product working flawlessly.
  • 1-year warranty, a 30-day trial period, and shipping back is free.
  • Smaller signs of use can be expected in the housing, such as minor/light scratches, light sticker residues noticeable from a 30cm distance.
  • The screen may present little scratches not visible when it is turned on.

  • Also, a well-preserved used product, working flawlessly but with more visible signs of wear.
  • 1-year warranty, a 30-day trial period, and shipping back is free.
  • Signs of use can be expected in the housing, as scratches, small dents, sticker marks, minimal keyboard or touchpad wear that can be easily noticed (you don't need to be looking around to find it).
  • The screen may present small spots, light blemishes, little scratches, and/or a dead pixel that may be visible when the screen is turned on.

Acceptable

 

  • A not so well preserved product but that still deserves a chance. Working flawlessly, recommended to anyone that does not care much about the exterior condition.
  • 1-year warranty, a 30-day trial period, and shipping back is free.
  • Significant signs of use can be expected in the housing as deep or a lot of scratches, marks, dents, more pronounced sticker residues, and more prominent keyboard/touchpad signs of wear also are possible.
  • The screen may present medium-size blind spots and/or scratches, more prominent blemishes, and light-blur that may or not be noticeable when the screen is turned on.

 

 

 

Usable

  • This buddy is special and is looking for a special owner. The product is powering on and working overall but may present some specific defects that will be described on its offer. iI may or not affect its day-by-day use.
  • No warranty & No return applies.
  • Smaller to more significant signs of wear/marks may be present on the housing and screen.
  • Real pictures will be sent by email after purchase for confirmation.

 

 

 

 

Defective

  • This product will need special attention. It may be working or NOT, have big defects such as a broken screen, broken case, hidden defects, or also not powering up.
  • No warranty & No return applies.

Can I return a product without stating a reason?
All our products have 30-day trial withdrawal period that allows for returns, irrespective of your motivation with exception of product conditions described as "USABLE" or "DEFECTIVE".
The costs associated with the return are covered by DaRoAn.

Do the products come complete with accessories and package ?
The packaging, power plug and charge lead can be generic. Please also note that for hygienic reasons, we do not include earphones.

How does the (min. 12 month) warranty of the merchant work?
This warranty covers all defects that occur during the stated time period. The device will be repaired, replaced, or - if neither is possible - result in a refund of your money. Examples of these defects: a button breaks, the screen malfunctions, the device will no longer charge. Please note that the warranty does not cover defects or damage as a result of negligence or brought on by one's own fault (e.g. dropping the phone, liquid drop on laptops).

Do product battery warranty covered under same period of product ?
Because battery can variety conditions conform use, temperature and other factors, battery warranty on used products are limited to 90 days post sales and in effect we try avoid replacing any battery in our refurbishing process due to environment cost of producing and disposal of such part.

How is the battery life affected?
If not stated otherwise, the batteries in our products possess at least 80% of their original output for Macbooks and at least 50% of their original output for Windows Laptops like Dell, HP, Lenovo and others. Should a battery possess less than that, it will be replaced.

How do you invoice the website sales ?
Purchases can be regularly conducted via our website. If not otherwise stated products are sold as subject to differential taxation in accordance with Spanish Law n. 37/1992 (Régimen Especial de Bienes Usados (REBU), therefore the sales tax is not shown on invoice but some products (i.e. with differential taxation), the invoice will list the VAT.

Can I exchange my secondhand device for a refurbished one?
Unfortunately, no. We do not offer any form of product swaps.

Do you use original spare parts when refurbishing?
As default, we use non-OEM parts that are the same quality and specification of OEM as spare parts in the repair process.

Do certifications like IP67 and others, retain their validity on used products ?
Because many used products pass through refurbishment process, the certification may be lost as a result, which is reflected in our warranty.

Shipment processing times

Warranty

All sales have a 30 days right of withdrawal without reason unless product is a custom product or sold as defective and 1 year warranty for any defect. In both cases the shipping is paid by us.
